With the module “Reporting”, the circle is closed starting from the task management up to the finished report.
Findings and evidence obtained are transferred to the report, thus increasing the traceability of information gathering. Analysis results obtained are summarized, enriched with the associated evidence and sent to the next higher authority. With the integrated text editor, the reports are brought into the right form, images are inserted and categorized by creating a data form. By means of the TaskID referencing, the reference to the analysis job is established, and structural information is taken from it. For recognition and standardization purposes, report templates are created in advance, which determine the scope of the reports.
The addition of attachments allows to add individual evidence in the form of communication events, audio recordings, images, or also aggregated data in the form of network connections or movement profiles.
The report submission process can be customized to fit the organization’s specific infrastructure.
