An Actor is a person or an organisation, that is active in terms of communication or interaction. The Actor can be linked to several unique identifiers such as phone numbers, device information, identification documents or user accounts. Any Event imported into SCOPE matching to one of the identifiers will be joined automatically to the Actor name which makes the analysis of the data a lot easier.
Actors can be enriched with further information such as personal details or social relations to other Actors.
Moreover, the source of information and its subsequent reliability can be added to better understand the value of information.
The data about the actors is stored together with gained knowledge in a separate database, which can then be searched separately.
