How long does SCOPE retain data?

The storage retention time of SCOPE can be configured according to your organisational requirements. A typical setup for the storage of metadata is one year, with the storage of content for 90 days.

Once the configured storage period has been exceeded, the data is automatically deleted. To fulfil legal requirements dedicated data can be deleted manually as and when required.

For our entry-level product SCOPE BOX, the storage period is 90 days (metadata & content).

Knowledge data such as Actors or stored documents in Workspaces are retained until deleted manually.
